1. Process and tolerance match
A buyer with a part that needs +/- 0.0005 inch tolerance on a titanium bracket is scanning for those exact specifics, not a paragraph about "quality craftsmanship." If your capability page says "precision machining services" with no tolerance stated, the buyer cannot confirm a match and moves to the next shop on the list. 4. Evidence of similar work

5. Location and lead time signals
For domestic sourcing, freight cost and lead time both hinge on location. A vague "we ship nationwide" claim without a stated city or state reads as evasive, particularly to buyers with reshoring or domestic-content requirements.
