The real constraint

Your factory may not be the problem. Your buyer visibility might be.

Great machines, skilled people and strong capabilities do not automatically put your company in front of the buyers looking for them.

Dependent on referrals

Your pipeline leans on existing customers, relationships and word of mouth. It works until one account slows down.

Too many low-quality RFQs

Sales spends the week quoting work that is the wrong material, wrong volume or the wrong fit for your capacity.

Buyers find your competitors

Someone else appears when a buyer searches the exact capability you already run on your floor every shift.

Renting demand

Directories, marketplaces and paid lead channels keep charging, and the pipeline stops the month you stop paying.

    Your company

Not on page one for the capability you already run every day.

The buyer never sees your machines, your tolerances or your certifications. They send the RFQ to whoever appeared first.

  1. 1

A buyer searches for the capability you run.

  2. 2

A competitor appears on the first screen.

  3. 3

The competitor gets the attention and the technical review.

  4. 4

    The competitor receives the opportunity.

Your buyer may already be searching for what you manufacture. The question is whether your company appears when they search.

Why Kalk

Not a generic marketing agency.

Manufacturing focused

Strategy built around technical products, industrial buyers and long B2B sales cycles. It is the only category we work in.

Senior team

The people who run your audit are the people who execute. No junior handoff after the kickoff call.

US business-hours overlap

Roughly 7:00am to 3:00pm ET on US business days. We do not claim round-the-clock coverage.

NDA-first

NDA signed before diagnosis. Nothing about your company, drawings or customers is published without written approval.

Marketing plus ERP

Odoo partner. Acquisition can be connected to CRM, quotation and pipeline so you see what happens after the inquiry.

Transparent pricing

Retainers published on this page. No discovery call required to learn what an engagement costs.

Pricing

What does it cost to build a manufacturing growth system?

Senior manufacturing-focused strategy and execution without the overhead structure of a traditional US agency. Retainers are monthly, with a defined scope per tier.

Fit

We are selective. That is intentional.

We may not be the right fit if:

  • You only want cheap lead lists.
  • You want social media vanity metrics.
  • You expect instant results with no sales follow-up on your side.
  • You do not have a viable B2B manufacturing offer.
  • You are unwilling to share technical information about what you make.
  • You want website design alone, with no growth strategy behind it.

We work best with manufacturers who want a predictable buyer acquisition system.

Free Buyer Reach Audit

Find out what your buyers see before your competitor does.

We identify where your company appears, which competitors are getting visibility, where your website is losing opportunities, and what to fix first.

NDA-first. We share nothing about your company without written approval.

What we review

  • Search visibility. The capability terms your buyers actually use.
  • Competitor visibility. Who appears instead of you, and why.
  • Capability pages. Whether a buyer can verify what you can make.
  • Technical proof. Certifications, tolerances, inspection, references.
  • Conversion. What happens between interest and RFQ.
  • Buyer-intent gaps. Demand you are not present for at all.

This is a manual diagnosis by a senior reviewer, not a downloadable PDF and not an automated score email.

FAQ

Straight answers

Do you only work with manufacturers?

Yes. Every engagement we run is for a manufacturer or an industrial supplier. We do not take retail, hospitality, e-commerce or SaaS clients, because the buying process is nothing like an RFQ.

Do you work with US companies from India?

Yes, and we are direct about the model. Strategy and execution are delivered by a senior team based in Pune, India, working a daily morning-ET overlap. You get the same people from audit through execution, with no US office overhead priced into the retainer.

What time zones do you support?

Our standard overlap is roughly 7:00am to 3:00pm ET on US business days, which covers most of the East Coast working day and the Central and Mountain mornings. We do not claim 24/7 coverage.

Do you replace ThomasNet?

Not automatically, and we will not promise that. What we build is an owned acquisition channel: capability pages, industrial search visibility and an RFQ path you control. Manufacturers usually reduce dependence on rented lead sources once the owned channel produces qualified inquiries, and many keep a directory listing alongside it.

Do you guarantee RFQs?

No. Anyone guaranteeing RFQ volume is guessing on your behalf. We commit to measurable buyer visibility, buyer-intent traffic, conversion improvements and pipeline reporting, and we review those numbers with you every month.

Do you work with aerospace or ITAR-sensitive manufacturers?

We work with aerospace suppliers, and we handle controlled information conservatively: NDA at kickoff, no technical data taken into our systems without written instruction, and restricted material kept off public pages. We do not claim ITAR registration or ITAR compliance certification. If your program requires a US-person-only handling chain, tell us early and we will scope around it or tell you we are not the right fit.

How quickly can we see results?

Paid buyer-intent campaigns typically produce the first inquiries within the first few weeks of going live. Search-driven visibility usually moves between weeks 6 and 12, and compounds after that. Actual timing depends on your capability mix, competition and how quickly technical inputs come back from your team.

Do you work with Odoo?

Yes. Kalk is an Odoo partner and we implement CRM, quotation and pipeline workflows, and connect them with the acquisition side so an inquiry can be tracked through to a quote. Full manufacturing ERP scope is quoted separately after a discovery, not bundled as a promise.
