How to Build an RFQ-Ready Manufacturing Website

1. A homepage that states the offer, not the mission
Replace "precision manufacturing solutions for every industry" with a sentence that names part type, sector, certification, and location, for example "AS9100 5-axis CNC machining for aerospace and defense, shipped from Houston." Buyers scan for a match against their part before they read anything else.
2. Capability pages built for engineers, not marketers

3. An RFQ form that is short but not shallow

4. Trust signals procurement actually checks
Certification numbers, ITAR registration status if applicable, named industries served, and photos of the actual floor and equipment. Generic stock photography and unnamed "trusted by leading companies" claims are ignored by experienced buyers.
5. A published response-time promise
